Rhombus Services dispatches and manages hundreds of jobs per week nationwide utilizing a broadly skilled sub-contractor network. For each custom installation or field service call, Rhombus provides and includes individual phone training to cover the specific details of the customization.
All jobs do require Rhombus subs to have cell phones, and fax or email capability for sign off sheets, line drawings, wiring diagrams, etc.
Rhombus customers dictate the quality standards. Our core values dictate a high level of quality and efficiency through the use of statistical control and elimination of NVA's (non-value adds).
This efficiency translates to our customers as reduced costs. The primary process controls are handled through daily updates via email and Internet, showing the status of the job after completion using mutually designed sign off sheets and digital photographs.
Using local technicians also gives Rhombus the financial ability to satisfy the customers' needs without having to make costly travel arrangements. This is particularly important should there be a need for the technician to return to the site for any reason (i.e. backordered parts).
